FAQs
Can counselling help me?
Counselling helps because it offers a non judgemental space where you can feel safe to discuss whatever you like freely. It can offer new perspectives and the opportunity to explore and process your feelings and experiences. If you feel ready to begin counselling then you have taken the first step.
How long does counselling last?
Each session is 50 minutes long, also known as the therapeutic hour. How many sessions you have is entirely up to you. Some people find just a few sessions are sufficient, others may require longer. I also offer single session therapy for those who feel a one off session is all they need.
